The beams, consisting of thousands of threads, are assembled in the warping department and then transferred to the loom. . Such arrangements allows greater flexibility from both a qualitative point of view and in presence of a minimum length by type.
The design office usually work with their clients to create their collections, matching every request. Their creative proposals will surprise even the most demanding of customers.
Quality control is managed by a qualified technician. Every step of the production process is checked, from raw materials to the finished product. As a result any issues that may arise are able to dealt with in an extremely swift manner.
The texture department interlaces the warp threads with the weft, which is produced by 45 state of the art looms. 25 of which are jacquard machines, enabling the production of a wide range of materials.
